I had the German bratwurst. It was nice tasting, and I saw the cook measure the temperature of another sausage just before I ordered so I felt like there is some quality control going on. The sauerkraut, onions and mustard were nice and the bun was fresh which is always important. I'm Wavering between a 3 or 4, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt to encourage others to try and hopefully then review too which will provide the best indication.
I've tasted all the different sausage varieties at Olly's, and each one was fantastic. However, the best are definitely the chiliwurst and the porkworst. Be sure to try them with sour wort and wobble—you'll be guaranteed to go "ahhhh"!
