Given that this establishment has been around for a while and has a poor rating of 3.6, which may even be too generous considering their stingy attitude, it's clear they are cutting corners on accompaniments like chutney. They seem unwilling to provide an adequate quantity or quality of service. It feels like they operate under the belief that offering enough chutney or sides would somehow put them out of business.
To make matters worse, I returned home feeling bloated, which suggests they might be using excessive baking powder. I recommend steering clear of this place; it appears that all they care about is making money.
I ordered rice and naan for dinner and waited over 25 minutes for just a small serving of rice and two garlic naan breads. I had to approach the counter to inquire about my order when they started calling orders placed after mine. The atmosphere was very loud and chaotic. The worst part is that when I got home and opened the plastic bag, I found a black hair mixed in with my rice, which was still covered in plastic. It was absolutely disgusting. I would like a refund.
We've been to this place a few times. One lady in particular is extremely rude. We got an uncooked dish, when asked politely she starting shouting loudly and said we can either eat or throw it. It was very embarrassing the way she created a scene. Shouting at customers is not cool.If you get a bad dish, just discard it and move on because if you ask them, you'll get yelled at.
We had food at Om a few times and had them cater for my son's wedding. They did an awesome job and our guests are raving about the food. They did an awesome job of managing the buffets at the wedding and had a bunch of live stations for social. They catered for three events ....two typical South Indian and one North Indian....allow them were mouth watering. Check them out.

From the moment I tasted the food, I knew I had to leave a glowing review. The dishes were fantastic and consistently satisfied my cravings for Indian snacks with every visit. I sampled the samosa chaat, vada pav, and spring rolls, all of which were delightful.
Ordered individual meals and received it in ONE container. They did not ask before doing this. Everyone had to share and it was not equivalent to the amount ordered. The food was good though so we were happy with the quality.
Bad experience when ordered online via clover. These guys put an option to order online and they don’t even care for it. Had to wait almost and hour more to get the food. Bad experience!!
Food is delicious as always. Best Veg restaurant in Phoenix. Kudos to delivery person for getting food so quickly. First time I burnt my tongue on delivery food...worth it !!

Their dosas were awesome. Coconut chutney tasted authentic. Sambar was ok.We also tasted their jalebis, which were quite good.
