Wanted to have lunch in Canada and we stumbled upon this place. We were seated quickly but our waitress didn't appear for 5 minutes. In the interim, I was able to kill one of many yellow jackets in the place. Our waitress appeared and gave us menus and brought us water. I ordered the Veggie Burger and fries. My spouse ordered the the yellow perch with onion rings. He found the perch too fishy and only ate half of it. My fries had fish meat in them. I am a vegetarian (over 30 years). I couldn't finish the meat tainted meal.The waitress apologized and spoke with the manager. He apologized too and told me that it was common practice to cook everything in the same oil. Had an incredible experience with a server bartender manager named Josh . He suggested some of the favorites and some of the specials on food and drinks. What an incredible on time and valuable employee. The food was timely delicious excellent presentation wouldn't change a thing. Hats off to Josh who was the greatest suggestion and everything from drinks to food I have the perfect pairing wisdom knowledge and excellent professionalism.I can't express enough good things about the food, josh, and the environment this is a must visit often type of place .
The Caesar salads at this restaurant were good. We also ordered stuffed potato appetizers and chicken wings. The wings were crispy on the outside, but juicy on the inside. The potato balls were a good texture, but a bit bland. The prices were reasonable and the service was good.
The food was terrible last night! Stew tasted like it came from a can, Mac and cheese was blah and the fish was so dry! What happened to Kildare house! Used to be a great spot for dinner! I don’t recommend eating here!!Only thing was good were the chips and beer!

Stopped in on our way home from a concert on a Saturday night. Place was very busy with a younger (presumably university) crowd. Despite this, service was fast and friendly. Had a round of drinks and shared incredibly delicious
The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh and delicious! The service is excellent, and they offer a fantastic variety of draught beers to choose from.
A Canadian take on an Irish pub this warm and inviting yet creepy dive is certainly worth a visit. An added bonus is the history of the house it's located in.
Great food, good bar, cozy atmosphere, just wish the drinks were not as expensive. Other than that, no complaints, and I’ll be going back sometime soon.

Great place to hang out and enjoy a few drinks. Food options were limited imo but good vibe for a gang hangout over beers. Irish carbomb shot was great!
Our waitress was enjoyable and knowledgeable. She welcomed our humor and even joined in. The food was fantastic and filling.
