I 've known Diego and Carmen for almost 4 decades now. They 've taken a basic tapas restaurant all the way to a high end bistro type restaurant. Again, like most Spanish restaurants, you will have your staple meals that you are familiar with, however, like some of the others in the area I encourage you to ask Carmen what has recently been made, or fresh. Salads here are picture worthy, the Jamon Iberico (cured Iberian ham) to die for, and the Queso Manchego Curado (aged goat cheese) is also a must. A smart restaurant at the Hotel Indalo end of the beach. Sadly no gazpacho, but we had paella for two which was very good and plentiful. Good white wine, and decent cortados. We also had tapas here which had a limited choice, but very tasty. Worth a visit, but maybe best to book
Nice food . The fish was really fresh and the atmosphere is magnifique.i will recommend to person who like seafood. I had a fish soup and sea bream .
