Really not disappointed with what is on our plate. It's just perfect. Again, I enjoyed the cloth towel and the dishes that is very beautiful. This time I only put 4 stars because the service was less pleasant. Indeed, the waiter laid down our plates without any further explanation. Given the complexity of the dishes, it seems important to introduce them to highlight them (what they deserve amply) and to specify the small peculiarities that have all their importance.

We went to eat in this restaurant a little by chance but what an excellent surprise. In the evening: a single formula with 2 admissions, 2 dishes and a dessert and everything has been to our taste. Just some gustative surprises with very original and surprising associations. The mets/vins association allowed us to discover excellent white and red wines. We recommend it if you are on Nantes and for a special occasion (high price but justified!

Excellent from end to end. What a pleasure! We wouldn’t have praise! It is succulent, surprising, refined, delicate.... A very beautiful journey that we will make as soon as possible! Very nice discovery. The sommelier’s agreement with the dishes was perfect! The reception and service are unison with the quality of the dishes: Nice, passionate, available, generous.... It was the second experience for us. We love everything, the chef who took the time to come and talk to us at the end of service, the dishes worthy of a good starred restaurant, it is of an incredible finesse and originality, the staff with little care and very kindness. A delicious lunch with very nice dishes. I've enjoyed it. Special mention for our very kind and thoughtful young server. Bravo to him; It is discreet and effective. I loved the dishes and cloth towel. I'll be happy to get back to it soon.
