We went here on Sunday evening. One of our friend was allergic to cheese and we asked the server if we can get cheese on only one side of the plate and the server said that they can’t do that according to her Manager (but all other On the border branch have been doing that for us). Then they served us the nachos with cheese on the side but only with beans as you can see in pictures. Everything else was okay but we didn’t like the way they handle our request for nachos. Parking was available on site.
Food was bad although this is first time I had bad experience in food in this restaurant. I went there few more times before, never be so bad food. I ordered burritos, surprised that it tasted like any fast food burrito, very dry. My husband ordered some soft tacos, we showed the picture in the menu book and asked for the sides which is actually included in the dish. The taco also tasted bad. Don’t know why their quality is so degraded right now. Feels like waste of money for Friday night dinner.
Easy to find a spot at the bar for a last minute meal. A few things were subpar this visit. First, they don’t put limes in their margaritas, second, their chips are always hot and fresh, but tonight it looked like something spilled into the chip bin. I asked for a fresh bowl and most of those were wet too. Overall, not bad.
Service was great, food was disgusting! I’ve had better Mexican food from 711! We ordered chicken tacos and the grand papi. It was like they took everything out of the freezer after it sat in there for a month and just stuck it in the microwave. Will never go back. Drinks were good though.
