On The Grind - Table reservation

I previously had a well deserved 5 star review on this location. My family and I have been going to this paticular location since it opened. We generally have had positive experiences and have been sure to spread the word and bring more business in. I have observed a gradual downhill turn in the customer service and quality/accuracy in orders. Over the past 45-60 days the quality of service has drastically gone from beyond excellent to Unsatisfactory/needs improvement. i love having a good time as well but if we could maybe turn the music volume down so we do not need to scream back and forth. Will not be returning to OTG! Foam top had the consistency of cottage cheese, my “cold” coffee was damn near room temperature and the customer service needs some serious improvements. Took one drink, got rid of my coffee then went to Dutch brothers!

I love the girls there! They make ordering coffee fun. The Grind offers so many choices for beverages. Sometimes, I actually order an extra drink because I am unable to make up my mind. Fun, upbeat, and delicious.

I love OTG, everyone is always so nice and they always help me come up with new ideas to try when I'm tired of my usual. They are very pleasant and I always look forward to coming here to get my caffeine fix.

Finally, I had the opportunity to use the gift card I was given today at your Universal City location and it was great service and great hot coffee.
