The restaurant looked lovely and was very nicely laid out. We were told it was very good by friends so we went for lunch to try it out. The food was good however the service was poor. My husband ordered prawn tempura but was given vegetable tempura. When we told the waitress she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. No apology no offer to change it. We were totally taken back by the whole episode. There was no smile from her absolutely no service training at all for a restaurant that is supposedly highly reviewed. It’s a shame as we would have gone back again for the food but the service has put us off. A persons attitude can make or break an experience .
