One Fish, Two Fish

I had an amazing experience dining at this restaurant! Located just a few blocks from the boardwalk, it is a must-visit spot. The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The food was exceptional, with each plate being a work of art and incredibly delicious. The small menu allowed for each dish to have intricate detail. The seafood chowder was the best I've ever had, and the braised short rib was incredibly tender. The salmon was bursting with flavor, especially with the creamy Thai curry sauce. I could tell that Chef Ryan values and appreciates good food, and I will definitely be coming back here again. We had a good start with our appetizers, but the main course was a different story. Two dishes arrived promptly, but one took 10 minutes longer. When the tuna dish finally came out, it was overcooked and my son hardly touched it. The waitress asked how it was and my son said it was just okay. She said she would inform the chef. At this point, we felt like she was just mocking us. When the bill came, the tuna dish was still included, even though we didn't take it home.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The crab gratin was amazing, the scallops were delicious, and the halibut was just as good as the short ribs. Our waitress, Christina, was fantastic - she was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for our food, so they even gave us desserts on the house. It was a perfect evening and I will definitely be coming back.
