If there is any way you can avoid this place, do it! I recommend going to Menyoki Ya Ramen down the street from here, where customer service is excellent food quality is great. I've come across multiple issues when ordering here. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but they make it more difficult than it should be. They charged my friends card for someone else's order and on top of that they made me wait about an hour for my food... keep in mind I ordered before hand through the Yelp app. On top of that, when I confronted the worker about charging my friends card, she did not care and proceeded to rush me. Again, I understand that restaurants get busy, but that definitely does not...

The first red flag should have been that the large menu displayed outside didn't correlate with the menu and prices inside. The second sign was the place mats, which were cluttered with Chinese advertisements rather than anything related to Japanese language, culture, or cuisine. The Spicy Miso Ramen we tried was the most bland and uninspiring version we've ever had—my wife actually stopped eating hers. The Tonkotsu ramen was barely recognizable; the broth lacked richness, but I forced myself to finish the bowl. I left feeling really disappointed, especially since I had hoped that moving into the neighborhood, based on Yelp reviews, would mean having access to delicious Japanese ramen nearby...
The tonkotsu ramen was unfortunately just okay, the noodles and meat were good but the broth itself was very bland, even after adding the black garlic oil. Also found it frustrating that rather than listing the ingredients in the ramen, their menu just claims they put in whatever they think is best. I wanted to customize my ramen a little but ultimately didn't because I didn't know if I'd be paying double for an ingredient that was already in the bowl and the toppings seemed a little scarce.
So yummy, service was fast, and the server was really nice. Atmosphere is cozy and quiet. The ramen was especially good, I got the spicy miso soup, and it was delicious. Only downside is the flies, they won't leave you alone if you dine in. I also got the musubi and it was my first time trying it and no regrets, it was my delicious! Definitely recommend. It was a Monday lunchtime, and the overwhelmed server was managing everything solo, literally sprinting from one table to the next! Despite that, we had a wonderful experience overall. The broth was flavorful, the noodles had the perfect chewiness, and the egg was cooked to perfection—all served promptly and precisely as we requested.
This restaurant is permanently closed. In addition, the parking lot and building have been taken over by a significant homeless encampment, with cars frequently coming and going late at night. The city has chosen not to address the situation, which is disappointing. It seems that the property owner is indifferent as well.
The food here is delicious, with a wide variety of options beyond just ramen. I tried the beef and shrimp teriyaki bento, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend dining in and placing your order there; ordering online offers limited choices and is pricier than ordering in person.
Service is great, food is lacking thought and this place is down right not sanitary. Eggs are overcooked and everything else seemed reheated. Couldn't get over the smell it seemed to have infused itself into the noodles. Will not be going back. Book a table now
I've been going to this restaurant for four years, and their ramen has consistently been amazing. I recently had the rice bowl with toro chashu, and it was absolutely incredible!

"Waba Grill is now charging $0.30 for each hot sauce packet. If they continue to be that stingy, I won't be returning to enjoy their menu again."
