We will never be ordering catering from here ever again !!!! We had ordered a large amount of food for a family gathering to be picked up two days after we had placed the order. We were shocked to find them calling us back mere hours before we were scheduled to pick up the order, to tell us that they were not able to process the payment. We were left stranded without food for this event and had to scramble before the party was to begin. They also insisted that, while it was visible on our bank statement, that we should still pay them for the food again when we arrived to pick up the food. HORRIBLE service and HORRIBLE planning !!!
Decent food. Possible due to change shortage, they will round up and not offer you change. Either they are hard up for tips or just blatant about not giving you exact change. Therefore, don't use cash and stick to credit if you purchase here. Food is decent. Portions are average. They may cook a little in anticipation but from what I could tell, everything is cooked pretty much when you order it, so there will be a wait. I have been here a number of times already and nothing really pops or stands out to me so 3 stars.
Ordered the white fish meal through delivery service from the Sante Fe Springs location. Though the delivery time was off, my food was still hot and did not appear to have been sitting in the container for an extended period of time. The white fish was not greasy and there was plenty of sauce for my meal. This was a sufficient size portion so we ordered extra size of macaroni salad and just shared the fish. The fish also sits on a bed of cabbage for those who enjoy cabbage.
the only reason i came here is because i charge my car close to here. i get the mini chicken with spam musubi and both are yummy. i should really just get the musubi since it comes with 2 per order. price reasonable. not so friendly staff.
