Came a while back and they messed up my order. When I got home food was missing. Called the store and spoke to someone and they supposedly wrote my name down so I can get credit next time I come by. Stopped by today and my info magically disappeared. The cashier took my order and told the manager about the credit. But failed to inform me that the food hadn't started being made yet. They said food can't be maid unless paid for. Would be helpful to tell the customer that from the beginning. Now spend over 30mins waiting for food. Manager is very rude.
the first time, i ordered online for delivery. the food was perfectly juicy and hot. so good!the second time, the woman attentively took my order in a warm and awesome way. that night, i caught them them in the midst of taking care of 20+ online orders. she gave mad props to the kitchen. i saw them churning out meals like a boss. the food tasted great, not as dreamy juicy as the first, but still juicy enough. i think of ono bbq all the time.looking forward to another perfect bite from them again!
I think this is my new favorite Hawaiian chain as their portions to cost ratio is excellent. I wanted some island classic comfort food in yet another day of rain in Southern California, so I went with the chicken katsu and kalua pork. I got the aloha plate so it came with rice and a delicious sesame/miso dressing salad. Service was good so I'll definitely be coming back to try their mac salad and spam musubi to see how their side orders come out when I just want some type of quick eats.
Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Paramount is a fantastic place for Hawaiian BBQ. The restaurant is very clean, and the food quality is excellent. However, the service was somewhat slow, with our order taking almost 25 minutes to arrive. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the best choice.

Came here today, I enjoyed the food, but we served with a bag, once a white person came here they got a tray for they food, tell me if that's not racist, why is it that I saw all the Mexican race bags while all the white people got a tray plater
It's been some time since I last visited this restaurant, but I was blown away! The food was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend adding soy sauce to the macaroni salad—it’s fantastic! Overall, I’d rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
The food is decent but nothing extraordinary. My main issue was with the staff—if they don’t enjoy working here, they shouldn’t take it out on the customers. They really need to consider a different job.
