I've been ordering from this restaurant online since the pandemic began, and it's a fantastic option if you enjoy meat, macaroni salad, and vegetables. I highly recommend the BBQ beef mini meal if you're feeling hungry, and the beef or chicken musubi for a lighter choice. However, I found the island fire chicken to be a bit too heavy on the cumin for my preference, and it seems like the seasoning wasn't fully incorporated—almost as if they cooked the meat first and then added the spice mix afterward. We haven't dined in at this location, but picking up our orders has been seamless; just make sure to speak clearly when you give your name. One downside is the substitute Sriracha sauce they pro...
Food is OK, but Katsu Chicken is supposed to come with katsu sauce, other wise its just a fried chicken cutlet, cut into strips- Forgetting to put it in the bag is just bad business... Be sure and check before you leave that you got your teriyaki sauce and your katsu sauce..It might seem like a small thing , but that is pretty much why I go there, and once you get home, take your shoes off, and sit down, you arent going to get in the car and drive back over there!!!
Was out and about, and in need of some serious food. I ordered the chicken and beef combo, hold the Mac and rice due to being on the carnivore diet. Server was nice to hold those items, guess it's against there rules. Would rather hold it than have it go to waste. Great service.
They were a little slow with the food but there was only one cook so it's fine. The food is delicious as usual. The employees were very friendly too. The bathrooms were clean and this location looks very new and it's in a nice shopping center

Ono is a fantastic Hawaiian barbecue. The portions are enormous and one plate easily lasts me two meals. They have all the classics: teriyaki, katsu, etc. All delicious. I do wish they a) had desserts and b) salad dressing that was mayo-free.
The new Melemele curry chicken is simply amazing! If it’s only a limited-time offering, I sincerely hope you consider making it a permanent menu item. The Kalua Pork and Mac are also fantastic. Overall, I rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
