Don't sleep on this casual Korean eatery with some Hawaiian plate lunch vibes! I'm so happy I can find food like this in central Jersey, flavorful and unique. There are tables to dine in, but you'll order at the counter just like take out orders, and they'll bring it to you in a take out container because the portions are big and you'll most likely take the rest home. We tried them for delivery, everything was delicious! Veggie Bibimbap, chicken katsu, SO excited they offer both brown and black rice black is our fav though$3 up charge is a bit much, when an entire bag of black rice at Whole Foods is only $7 and definitely much cheaper at restaurant supply. Kimchi and all of the sides we tried were so good; braised potatoes, Japchae and especially loved the pickled Daikon which paired well with the fried chicken as it cuts the fat. Our only negatives the high up charge for brown or black rice, as well it's a $1.50 for a tiny side of sauce. We were looking for a good local Korean restaurant where we could try a few unique, authentic dishes! Ono did not disappoint! We placed a to go order and brought it home to eat. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! We ordered the garlic chicken plate, which was crispy and tasty and the beef bulgogi, tender and sweet. We also tried the tonkatsu and the mandoo soup. Really enjoyed the tender filling in the mandoo. It was fun to try some new side dishes as well! Overall, the food was delicious and we will be back! The prices seemed a bit high at first, but each meal was easily enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Try it out!
The food at this restaurant is incredible. The Bulogi platter was large and delicious. The Hawaiian sun drinks were also fantastic. I tried the passion fruit, which was recommended by the waitress, and it was delicious. She also helped us create a hew du bop dish. Even though the restaurant is a bit out of the way, it is definitely worth the drive!

Spicy garlic chicken delicious. Seafood pancake(s) wonderful. Katsu chicken, great ! At first I thought it was a little expensive, but my son and I will get two meals from these three dishes! We will return. 4 sides were also terrific!
This Korean restaurant serves up delicious food that never disappoints. It's the best in the area. The owners are friendly and patient when answering questions about the menu. Be sure to try the bibimbap - it's a must-try dish!
