This Ibis was our first Styles version. The room was very nice. It was spacious with an extra big 'room ' for the third bed. The bathroom with shower was clean and nice. The pizza and chicken from their 24h menu was surprisingly good (I expected lees from it). The hotel is located in an industrial area as many Ibis hotels are. This one was also not very interesting but that was expected. There is a supermarket next to the hotel as there is a fuel station. The staff was kind and Alina was very friendly. Lleida itself was not too interesting.
El hotel se encuentra en muy buen lugar, tranquilo las habitaciones en buenas condiciones e instalaciones solo una pega la chica de limpieza de habitaciones de piel morena muy malas maneras y modos así no se habla a los huéspedes ya la noche escuchamos que les decía a unos clientes que salieran que hay un horario X UN CUARTO DE HORA Y A NOSOTROS TAMBIÉN AL DIA SIGUIENTE CUANDO YA ANTERIORMENTE HABLAMOS CON LA RECEPCIONISTA Y EN NINGIN MOMENTO NOS DIJO NADA Y ACORDAMOS SALIR A UNA HORA PARECE QUE SEA LA JEFA DEL HOTEL!!!
In general the hotel was good. Comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast with plenty of choice Negatives: the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. I could clearly hear loud voices in the corridor and from the reception area until quite late in the night. The hot water from the shower was not regulated. Warning ! the water was scalding hot unless set to bare minimal temperature.
good attention and kindness to the customer. We always come to load the car and we'll take a little something. this wouldn't be possible without the kindness of ludi, a blonde girl who is at the reception, everything becomes more ameno if she is, helps you in what you need and her good deal is amazing, I wish there were more people like her

Situated on an industrial estate about 10km from centre of town. Room and bathroom adequate but far from luxury. Breakfast minimal.
