It's refined and really good! Everything is done on site, the raw is excellent but also the pins and the Ramen to be tested absolutely. The gourmets will be delighted by the sushi bar on Wheelchair please! The room is pleasant to the very Zen atmosphere and the staff always in small care, customer for years it is for me one of the best Japanese in Toulouse I recommend!
Evening meal at 19,90€, in sushi bar, correct choice of different sushi and makis, but a little warm lack of freshness(temperature), the service is a little fair, the staff remains hiding behind its plates at the level of the bar. I saw the menu dishes served table next door, I'll try again to see the difference.
This restaurant has fluctuated a lot in recent years in terms of quality and hospitality. Meals good, the products are fresh and well prepared, and the reception is now a little more user-friendly.
Very disappointed, a lack of obvious freshness, very little sushi and a lot of weird stuff.... And don't talk about desserts that had a week of treadmill.! Book a table now
Maybe it's Japanese cuisine? But I had to do some fade dishes that I forced myself to finish.
