The service was lacking at this restaurant. We ordered fries as a starter and waited for 30 minutes without receiving them. The staff seemed indifferent to our situation, so we decided to ask for the bill and go dine somewhere else. Luckily, the staff at the other restaurant was attentive and we were able to enjoy our meal there. It's disappointing when basic expectations of a restaurant, like prompt service, are not met.
I was disappointed with the Easter brunch. I felt that for the price, there should have been a greater variety and higher quality of food. If the buffet had been offered at a lower price, it may have been more positively received.
The tea service and employees were great. The decor was beautiful too. Only complaints would be the stale bread on the sandwiches, the mini raspberry donut pastry (did not taste good), and the loud noise level.

A wonderful Easter holiday experience. Great food and Easter eggs complimentary for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the brunch atmosphere.
Good breakfast, great options for the whole family. The atmosphere was very charming, but a little understated for the prices.
Cheery small bistro with tasty Happy Hour food options. We were there at a less crowded time; might be noisy when full.
We were a larger party on Valentines. I hope we didn't disrupt all the couples. DC couples can be a little uptight. Book a table now
