I love Greek cuisine. I have eaten here multiple times and celebrated my birthday here with a party of 4. Located just of Marylebone high street, the street is not too quiet and not too busy, it’s just right, located on a corner plot the restaurant gets lovely daylight through the glass if you’re eating in the evening in the summer and it compliments the decor inside. The decoration, fixtures and fittings are gorgeous giving a warm and cool feeling at the same time with the copper colours and metallic/wood fixtures. Not so good as expected. The flavours are ok but the small dishes are overpriced. 18£ for a fake dakos, just some cherry tamato's with small rusks. This is nothing special. Also the dishes were not so special and were not present warm. Too nousy and staff not so friendly for 50£ service fee. They promote Greek food but there was only one Greek desert and not even Greek yogurt or healthy Greek mountain tea. It has nothing to do with the Funky Gourmet were eating was a great and funny experience.
This place has completely gone downhill. Been here three years ago, great experience so we decided to visit again, really disappointed by how much the portion has shrunk. The grilled cauliflower used to be giant and nicely wrapped in foil, but now it’s like half of the size and sadly thrown into a plate. They charged £20 for some beef mince on top of aubergine. The whole menu is just so overpriced.
Overpriced, small portions, good presentation but nothing special in terms of flavours. We ordered cocktails and they arrived after we had finished with the starters. The waiters were rushing to bring and to collect everything and we felt that they were rushing us to leave as well. 5 stars for the pitta buns if they still do them as takeaway. 1 star for the restaurant experience.

Extremely overpriced. Honestly, price should be halved with this level of food and service and even such a location in London. Can’t believe how people recommend this place as if they have never had good food/good vibe in their life. Shame. FYI, this small plate of aubergine with deep fried potato frites costs above 20 pounds. Even the aubergine got confused
The coffees were great, loved the Greek coffee and small sweet bite it came with. My friend loved her latte and mushroom eggs with toast. We both devoured the chocolate choux pastry. I was however not too happy with the portion of my spicy eggs though, left me unsatisfied.
Amazing food and service. I don’t eat lamb usually but tried a piece from my partner’s dish and it tastes really good. The staff is very attentive and welcoming.
