Knowledgeable engaging coaches they create accountability by monitoring your form, pace and rooting for you . They take the time to know you as a member . All of the staff are genuine and have friendly personalities Intensity it’s an efficient workout great cardio , many muscle groups targeted. Good rotation between strength and endurance days. Energizing music that is often synced with high intensity portions of the workout pushes you forward. I previously went to a traditional gym and I never saw the results I’ve experienced while at OTF Montvale . The coaches , the inclusive culture and the comprehensive workouts differentiate this exercise experience .
all trainers and staff are friendly and energetic that they train in the mood. I always feel like I got a qualitatiw high-quality workout and feel great after- even if I'm mad. it is great that they can see their progress and encourage the trainers and motivate them to move to be better. I prefer it is a class over a regular gym. the trainers also help if they are not sure about the equipment or if they have a problem that does not allow them to do a certain training. When I wounded my ankle, I was glad that I could get another training in which my injury was not worsened.
Such a huge fan! I was skeptical before my first class and I fell in love. A former athlete and someone who as always worked out (and even had a personal trainer a few times a week for 6 months I haven’t ever pushed myself as hard as I do with these trainers and at a very reasonable cost! My first month I went to 18 classes. Such a great community, so much fun and love the ability to see my results tracked real-time. Love the well rounded-full body work out nature and most efficient time spend vs calorie burn!! Highly recommend!!!
The best thing I did was join the Orange Theory Montvale community. Everyone on the team is so kind! Just walking in my day is made by the studio assistants saying hi and asking me how I’m doing. On top of all that all the coaches are so encouraging and push you to reach your goals. I’ve been to several other studios and Montvale is by far superior.
