I visit this kebab shop every week, and each time the experience is flawless. There's usually a lady who serves me, and she remembers my order without fail. The salad is always fresh, the meat is cooked to perfection, and everything is wonderfully balanced. The service is excellent and quick. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Mixed Kebab!
The restaurant staff, particularly the Indian man in charge, was quite rude and showed little regard for customer hospitality. I ordered two kebabs and some nuggets and informed them beforehand that I would need tomato sauce. They agreed, but when the nuggets were ready and I requested the sauce, they charged me $1 for it. After a confrontation over this, I ended up asking for a refund.
I visited yesterday and ordered the chicken kebab. It was absolutely delicious and very fresh. I really loved those kebabs! The customer service was excellent; they treated me with great kindness. The food was fresh and the hygiene was top-notch. I highly recommend this place for delicious kebabs! Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch.

Customer service is terrible at this store. The girl that served me and my friend kept rolling her eyes at us when we were ordering our food. She did not want to correct them when we kept telling her that what she was doing was not the order we placed.
Since 2019 every time you want to order Kebab Burger. They saying today has been sold. Come on guys take the freaking item from your menu if you can't deliver what you advertise. And remember you lie your self not a customer as I work in Carindale.
I noticed that the kebabs could use more sauce. The falafel kebabs had a distinct smell of lamb, which might be due to the toaster not being cleaned after cooking meat. This isn't ideal for vegans and vegetarians.
