Original Thai - Table reservation

My favorite thai restaurant in all of Reno/Sparks. Don't let the fact that it shares a building with a gas station deter you. I have had many items and they are all amazing. The fried tofu, red curry and duck pho are my favorites. The food is fresh and on point every time, I notice that the veggies are cut in different shapes from visit to visit, meaning they cut them all in house and have some fun with it! They will /actually/ make it spicy for you. I love spicy and level 5/5 is pushing it for me. Plenty of options for my vegan friends as well. I don't go anywhere else for Thai food. Update. Have been back many, many times. Absolutely delicious. First time here. They were so nice on the phone. I went inside early, before my phone order was ready to ask about making me something with an ingredient I am allergic to. He was so kind, helpful and spoke to the kitchen . The female was equally sweet and kind. We got our first order from there and both were absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection and flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and real. This place will be our regular Thai place. Don 't let the simple, barely noticeable location fool you. The food is worthy of a castle.

Second time going had the drunken noodle. Crab fried rice and Thai rice with chicken. Very fresh. 5 star rating. They have inside seating and to go. Nice for sparks people. Higher quality food in a convenient location. Enjoy.

I was traveling when we picked Original Thai. The Pad Thai was top-notch. The green curry was pretty good, too. The woman who served us was a sweetheart, nice as can be.

Food is good. Mango sticky rice is the best. Stay away from level 3 spice unless you want to cry.
