On the way back from a walk... a small stop at the restaurant of L'esplanade campsite. I hear the view is beautiful. First of all, no one to welcome us... the team looks overwhelmed though the restaurant is not full to crack... Once a smiling lady finally dignified to place us a few steps from the pool, in front of a beautiful landscape, the beauty of that one was quickly obscured by the arrival of a waitress (older), head down, directive, without smile, or good evening of course. Once the card was in hand... we ordered pizza... we heard next to us that they were perfect! Yeah, the pizzaiolo managed to make us forget the waitress' lack of training. I've never eaten such a good pizza... order...
We spent a week in this campsite, so the stops at the restaurant were mandatory and very pleasant. The servers are very pleasant, smiling, offer theme nights Corsican chants, evening fried mussels... Pizzaiolo offers pizza with wood fire, makes its dough itself, and all in front of our eyes. So we opted for the pizzas so sweet and the burgers with the Corsican notes to the ewe tomme on the map. The terrace upstairs offers a breathtaking view of the sea, and in the evening on the lights of Propriano.
This is a very good experience in 2021 during our previous stay at the campsite this evening service overflowed server and cook who gives a hand to the service full of good will but overflowed and for cause 20 covers at least a football match at the bar 2 hours to eat a dish of good quality fortunately we preferred to go from the shameful dessert to the boss of this restaurant not present tonight a waiter and a cook at the edge of the burn out more eager to go back
Pizzas are good, on the other hand, we had reserved for a fried mussel evening, and there when we arrived, more mussels for us!! Coté organisation, tout est à revoir, pas assez de personnel en service, attendant très longue (le 1e fois, nous avaitattend 45 minutes pour un dessert.... . And there, 30 minutes to tell us that there was no mussel anymore= we went the year elsewhere...damage!

From inside or from the terrace, spend a pleasant moment with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Valinco. The reception is friendly and the kitchen is of quality. A simple menu of salads, fish, meats, burgers and pizza with wood fire is available. Everything's fresh. desserts are also very good. Special mention for the flan with chestnut flour.
Good level service we'll come back... It's 9:25, we arrived at 8:00. Served at 9:00, for two pizzas that are not better than frozen... Since we have a Toutou, no terrace for us, we're downstairs and we have the impression that we've forgotten... Lardons, a lot (too) of lardons... Let's hope we can have a dessert before they close...
Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the view offered by the terrace, as it rained a lot on the day we went to this restaurant. So we took the pizza to take it. The price remains affordable, but pizza is really not fabulous. The dough is not good and in short the filling does not raise the insipid taste of the dough.
Very warm welcome, at the height of our expectations, a very nice boss and if she remembers, we are finishedAugust 2015 with our Schnaps at the Mirabelles of Lorraine in exchange for the Myrthe! Excellent meal! We can't wait to get back there someday!

Good restaurant, very pleasant service, small false note on the sea fruit pizza, they recognized their faults and we deflected from a digestive. Restaurant we recommend because everything else has gone great. Perfect camping setting, nothing to say.
