Stop by the Deli and had a fantastic meal with my Family this week! The Catfish and Shrimp Po Boy, the Dirty Po Boy, the Philly and Dirty Rice were all amazing!!! It was super busy abd the staff was friendly and professional! I’d like to give a Big Shout out to Madison! She was the young lady behind the register taking and delivering the orders. She stayed very professional in the face of a really nasty rude customer who did not read the screen to double check that her order was properly heard. I hope management realizes what an Asset you in Madison. She shook off the rudeness and stayed pleasant with all the other customers and kept service flowing! Thanks we will see you again next trip!!!
I will give it a zero it would not let me I go here a lot I would never go back again I bought two mumbo gumbo plate I called and told them the full made my stomach upset they told me there's not a manager in right now and we'll take your number this was Saturday i call back Monday talk to the manager the light skinned one who thinks she's fine going to tell me they sold over 75 plates no one called complaining I told her that has nothing to do with me pretty much she doesn't care about nothing but a dollar I didn't ask for a refund the food wasn't good that day and she should have respected that
Orleans York has really delicious food!!! I get the Vegan wings (lil Hotties) and desserts.The Orleans York on Slauson Overhill has the best, friendlier customer service, though.The one on Crenshaw has good customer service too, as well as the one in Moreno Valley.The one in Inglewood tho, on Florence and Locust?? Meh. Since that Black lady with the long eyelashes and Sammie aren't there anymore, customer service isn't that great. I was met with the stale face on at least two occasions, when the same young girl was workin the cash register.
