Osaka Froutven - Table reservation

We were in Osaka in January 2024, a discovery. The dishes are good when they are served after 45 minutes of waiting (yes, the wait is boring... . The service is very long, you really don't have to be in a hurry. The atmosphere is cold, no background music and the service doesn't say a word. It is neither a fast food restaurant due to lack of speed nor a restaurant due to lack of service... The dishes are certainly very good but the quality of the service really needs to be reviewed. Probably better in takeaway service.

Relatively fresh food I presume as there is a lot of yield. Price a little expensive for my taste. Especially desserts. You have to scan a QR code to see the menu. The menu is not easy to manage: the food is almost at the end of options. Always quite full so it's not easy to get a place. Very average service. Sometimes not even hello and no eye on the customers. It takes time to get their attention if you need something. Food: 3

I place a takeaway order at 7:15 p.m., the waiting time as indicated is 60 minutes maximum. So I go there at 8:15 p.m., I am still not served at 9:00 p.m. The staff is rude on top of that. To flee Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waiting time too long on site or to take away. The deadline mentioned on the site is not respected at all... It's frankly getting worse Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
