I did not have a good experience with the service at this restaurant. We waited 10 minutes just to place our order, and then waited another 10 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. However, the sushi appetizer never came. It took another 10 minutes for our entrees to come out, with my girlfriend waiting an additional 10 minutes for her sushi entree. Even after that, the sushi appetizer came late. While we waited, we saw other customers receive their food promptly, which made us wonder if they had ordered ahead. The only positive aspect of our visit was that the food was excellent, which is why I am giving this restaurant 2 stars. I would recommend ordering ahead rather than dining in here.
Great experiences here. I am a student at the nearby high school and my bus station for work is near this restaurant. I was tired of spending my entire paycheck on $15 meals, so I stopped by Osaka just to try a few rolls. The prices are great and the food is amazing. Everything is fresh and the prices are great. I have recommended many of my friends and brought my family out to eat here. Truly one of my favorite places to have a nice, healthy, affordable meal.
Very nice and clean restaurant. Family run business. We always order shrimp tempura rolls. The always are made to perfection. The owners are very nice. Cleanliness is top notch.
For a 6pcs spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon roll cost $18. Not worth it and using credit card need to charge extra 3% more in the bill. Not gonna visit again.

Hicksville’s best-kept secret and by far the best sushi I ever had in my life. I’ve brought other people here and they were also blown away.
