Maybe I need to try something different from the menu. We shared the poutine fries and they were pretty good, however they came out about 3 minutes before the entrees so not much time to enjoy them. Our server did ask if we wanted them before our meal and we said yes. Shepard's pie was dry and potatoes had no taste at all. Cornbread was tasty. Husband ordered the smash burger and he said it was OK but nothing remarkable. There was a duo singing music and they were very talented. Took a Ruben sandwich home for daughter and she said the meat was rubbery and hardly any dressing on it. Maybe we will try again with other menu items. I would have given this restaurant a perfect 5 stars, but my visit on a Sunday morning until noon was overshadowed by the live music, which was incredibly loud. I could hardly hear the server or even think! While the music itself was great, the small space just isn’t suitable for such high volume, especially for an early Sunday. It felt more appropriate for late Friday or Saturday nights. On the bright side, the food and service were both excellent.
The service was excellent. The portions were a bit smaller than anticipated, but they were quite filling and absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth the price. The night we visited, it was extremely loud, but there was a large group sitting next to us, so this is likely not a usual situation. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. Food: 5/5
The food was excellent made the wait worth it! I had the salmon the vegetables were extremely fresh the salmon tasted fabulous! Our waitress was excellent she brought out our drinks and the children's food immediately! I will definitely be back this will be a go-to destination!
