Osmow's Shawarma - Table reservation

I am not sure how the staff was hired at this location but they really give the impression they don't want to be there. The bigger issue however was they run out of food at dinner time on a Saturday. It gets worse because they didn't seem to know which food they ran out of. I asked for chicken and they told me they only had beef which cost more. My friend got the beef as well because he was told the same thing. I got my order but they forgot my friends. When they were reminded of it they informed us they were out of beef and only had chicken. Despite making him pay extra for the beef because 20 minutes ago they had run out of chicken. Meh is the best way to explain my experience here. Went here to pick up dinner. Did not get any sort of customer service per say, he was there because he had to, kinda attitude. Didn’t have any meat but chicken, so chicken it was. Even tho I stopped by an hour and half before they close all their stoves were off and they were getting ready to close so the chicken was cold.
