I have had a better experience with portion sizes and customer service at the Hamilton location. Here, the beef and lamb are tasty but quite fatty, and the staff does not put much sauce on the dishes. As an introvert, I don't feel comfortable asking for extra. I enjoy trying out specials, but I found the portion here unsatisfactory—there was too much salad and barely any rice or meat. The girl serving seemed uninterested, and the guy cooking on the grill looked like he was just going through the motions. I'll give them another chance, but if it’s the same experience again, I won't be returning, and I'll be sure to share my thoughts with some pictures.
We went to Osmow's for take-out. There was no line which was a nice surprise. We ordered chicken shawarma on rice and chicken shawarma on salad. All the orders were made as we requested and the amount of sauce and spice was spot on. All four of ourorders tasted delicious. The portions are plentiful. I ordered a large and I had two extra meals from that. I added someleftover broccoli that we had in the fridge and it was a good meal. Price is very reasonable. We will come again for sure.Quality and price is same as some other shawarma restaurants in Brantford but the flavour is a bit different. Really enjoyed thehot flavour.
Food was excellent, the ingredients were fresh, (chicken shawarma on rice and a greek salad),the portions were quite large in my opinion for the price. Have heard about this place for awhile from friends outside the area, finally came across one at the right time. Wasn't disappointed. Their spice ratings are very accurate, the level I tried had quite a bit of heat and their were a couple more above it. Was very busy from the high school nearby at lunch hour, but didn't wait long st all.
Asked for a Chicken Shawarma wrap, was given a platter with no toppings and cold meat that had been sitting in a warming tray for god knows how long. All the workers have wireless headphones in both ears so couldn?t get their attention if you tried. Food was overpriced and workers were rude, I love Shawarma but I wouldn?t eat here again.

The shawarma was absolutely delicious, large in portion, and packed with chicken and all the toppings I selected. The prices were fair, the customer service was excellent, and the delivery was quick. The restaurant was tidy and had plenty of space.
What are you folks complaining about? Too much sauce? Don't specify it when you order it ?. I recently discovered Osmow's. Great job folks, at providing an excellent meal, at an excellent price!! Keep pumping out the excellent, tasty dishes ?
The restaurant upholds the quality associated with the Osmow's brand. The service is friendly, and they are often busy fulfilling a high volume of online orders. This is no surprise, as the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!
When I got home and opened my food, I realized it was missing garlic and hot sauce. The service was lacking, and overall, it felt like a waste of my time.

The saj wrap is too thin compared to other places. It's slightly bigger than Subway's wraps. The taste is just okay.
They barely provide any chicken on top. I'm not sure why that is.
