Ordered a few times from here, food was always very good. Although on a Saturday night, I had an issue with a chicken parm dinner. Chicken was extremely dry and stringy. Something was completely off with it that I thought it was veal how dark it looked. I tried calling about the issue and got zero customer service. Just felt completely brushed off and they didn’t offer to even make a new one for me. So disappointing because I wanted to continue ordering from here. But after taking a few bites my $20 dinner went right in the trash. Thanks guys, I’ll go elsewhere.
Ordered some pizza, a few sandwiches and a chicken roll from Osteria last weekend. Food was pretty bad. One of the pizza's was OK, the other (grandma's) was very dry with too thick of a crust. Sandwiches were pretty bad shrimp parm was a bit better, but philly cheesesteak was more of an onion and pepper sandwich with very little meat. Chicken roll was dry and inedible. Will never order from Osteria again.
I absolutely love this place! In my opinion, it might be the best restaurant in Monmouth County. Last night, I had mussels and clams in white sauce, and they were incredible. For my main course, I enjoyed the baked ziti with sausage, which was delicious. I usually sit at the bar, and Carly was working—we've known her for a few years now. The service was outstanding!
This place has a decent pie however they messed up on the order twice and didn't even apologize. These guys have the worst costumer service I have experienced. If you like getting mad go to this pizzaria.

Terrible, I'm done. Never again. Twice now I've ordered, was charged and received NOTHING! I live 5 minutes away. Not only do they not call, they then didn't even bother to answer the phone.
This is my absolute favorite pizza place in the area. The ingredients are always fresh and the prices are competitive. This is my family's go to for pizza and Italian take out.
Pizza is OK, but service is terrible. When you are there you don't feel welcome. There are other pizzerias in the area that have good similar quality pizza n better service.
Ordered upside square. Sauce was not that good nor was crust. Very light cheese. Quite disappointing as I heard good things about this place.
