Osteria Riva - Table reservation

Obviuosly the points I gave reflect my personal preferences. I found the food too salty. If the food was less salty, I would have appreciated it. The service was helpful without being attentive, so I rated it well. Some people consider a loud restaurant to have a great atmosphere. I'm not one of those people. I like to be able to stimulate the conversation with those I am dining without calling or burdening my hearing. Osteria Riva is a small and intimate restaurant beautiful. But that means it's loud. On a better note I love the wall decoration.

the food and kindness were both 5 stars, like the wine list and their options. People complained about the noise this Thursday night, it was very loud and crowded. We go back to a quieter night, but we will certainly be back!. Something went wrong in the kitchen, so we had to wait about 50 minutes for main courses. We asked twice what happened to no incident. You could use some padding on seats, especially benches.

What a fabulous jewel in Bondi Junction. The waiters were so helpful and charming. The pasta was amazing and the salads and bread were fresh and delicious. I would recommend it very much. We were there on a Monday and I'm glad we booked that it was dizzying. Do a favor.

Osteria Riva was everything my wife I were hoping for in an osteria. An interesting menu, housemade pasta, excellent flavours, great serving sizes, personable service, a buzzy atmosphere and really well priced. We’ll not only be back, we’ll be back often!

Can be a little cozy... but if it is not an intimate seating opportunity, food is amazing, staff are really friendly, and general atmosphere is great. Service this time was not as good as before could have been new employees
