Go on the oyster road to Mr. JOYaux's. A very warm welcome from a small ostreicult couple. Attention the address is wrong you have to continue right bank to “Le Chateau” at the exit of “Les Allards” 1 km from the village. We started with a tray of shrimps and bulots with a very artistic summer presentation. A small white island. And the famous "Eglade" speciality of this oyster bar. The tasting is original and tasty cooked to the point. No ****. We go with the fingers and spring black, repused and pleasantly surprised. A little Xo cognac to finish. A marvel.
