I'm not sure what has happened to Othello's. My family and I have been dining here for 15 years and have always been pleased with the experience. However, recently the service has been lacking. The last visit, the food was not up to par. The stuffed mushrooms were tiny and the chicken was rubbery. The service was slow and disorganized. Owners, please take note and focus on improving the quality of the food and service instead of making excuses. Let's make Othello's great again and stop cutting corners. Despite this, I will still come back for the delicious coconut pie.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. It was our first time dining here. My husband ordered the shrimp and vegetables with angel hair pasta, while I followed the waitress's recommendation of fettuccine noodles with flank steak in a delicious caper sauce. We also shared some stew and coconut cream pie for dessert. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
