Discover this restaurant by chance on La Fourchette (La Fourchette), booking on the app and confirmation by phone the next morning by the restaurant. The restaurant is quiet and the decoration very neat. The service was quick for a Saturday noon in July. Even if the menu is contained with some entries, dishes, desserts and two menus, the kitchen is excellent. No photo of the entrance that was a Cannelloni of ham Serrano, red pepper mousse with Espelette pepper, Salad Mesclun. The ham and the delicately lifted foam have come together well.
