We arrived at the SPICE COTTAGE near foxhills at around 10.45pm after driving 3.5 hours hours from Manchester, reasonably polite people when served. Ordered £36 worth of food. We took the food back to our hotel, on inspection I decided not to eat it purely based on the look and quality of the food. The prawn puri was simply the worst starter of prawn puri I have ever ever seen. The chef should be ashamed, it was literally covered in gee, the prawns were see through and there was literally zero spice, colour or flavour to the dish.
