My wife I tried Otto’s for the first time for a special occasion. Not our ideal ambience/atmosphere for that purpose, but we enjoyed the food (salmon) and will go back. Specifically, to check out the bar and patio, but also to try several items on the menu we didn’t get to. If you’re wondering, our hostess was friendly and sat us quickly. Our server was fine: nice enough and attentive. The only knock, if we had to name one, is that our food came out before we ordered the wine to go with it. Also, we appreciate when our servers *really* know the menu, wines, etc. well; but, in this case, it was the old “I like X, and Y is good — but everything on the menu is good.” Note: Their drink specialti...
ottos was my long-term fav cheap local restaurant for special occasions. for the first time in 3 years! Eating was in order, some entrees better than others. service well given personal shortage. (we waited for 1 hour to get away. a group next to us was very, very loud and disturbed our hope for a simple conversation.
Dinner was amazing!! Our server Tracy, was wonderful! Table next to us obnoxiously loud and wouldn’t take the hint to keep it down. One gentleman’s voice was as if he had a built in megaphone. I couldn’t hear my wife talking so not nearly as romantic as it could have been. But still, amazing dinner. We will be back!!
We had some appetizers which were very good and so was our meals. The issue is in the seafood trio it had 1 scallop, 2 shrimp and salmon. The salmon was the perfect size but I felt it could of included a couple more shrimp and scallops. The other meal was the lobster with mashed potatoes and it was just right. Book a table now
Otto 's has always been one of our favorite places to go for a lovely evening out. The food is always outstanding, the service is impeccable, and it 's fancy without being stuffy . This was a great place for a quiet, but special, celebration.
I love Otto's for lunch. It is a hidden gem. Traci is a super friendly waitress and fun to have as a server. The food is great, and the prices are reasonable. Especially during the holidays, it was a treat! Lynn Green :
We've been to Otto's a number of times. Some have been quite good, others less so. This time was disappointing. Service was slow. Food was mediocre. Many of the staff were dressed inappropriately.
Food excellent. Be prepared for very slow service. Not enough wait staff. Took three hours to have dinner. Room also quite noisy. Book a table now
