Ouest Antonio's Pizza

We ordered our meal to our hotel room. Confirmed that we would be paying with credit card. When the delivery guy arrived, he could not turn on the credit card machine. My husband went down to the hotel lobby to see if there was a bank machine. There was not. The driver then told my husband that he would drive him to a bank machine, my husband agreed (crazy) and the delivery guy told my husband to come as is (without shoes). When I called the restaurant with this crazy story and to lodge a complaint, I spoke to a staff member (Dylan), who was shocked and apologized, but basically said that there was no manager on site and that there really wasn't much he could do for me. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. An hour and 20 minutes later. No food. I called at the hour mark and I'm told it's on it's way. I called to cancel the order and I didn't even get a sorry or an excuse. Pitiful customer service. They should honestly either employ more drivers or limit where they deliver. As I'm writing this the driver rings my doorbell and tells me don't worry it's hot after waiting an hour and a half. Horrible horrible horrible

I used to not like Ouest Antonio's at all before the new ownership. The pizza is so good that it is barely recognizable from the "old" versions that we used to order.Right now I have COMPLETELY converted to this pizzaria and will not order from anywhere else ever again.Best pizza I've had in Laval, hands down. A bit more expensive than the competition but worth the extra dollar or 2 that you pay.

In Laval this family run restaurant is just amazing. From the pizza to the subs and even souvlaki dishes, they are all amazing! very consistent with the quality and service.

This pizza is nothing great Very expensive It is cooked in an electric open giving the crust a very soft texture like a frozen pizza
