I order Uber eats from Roti Paradise waited 45 minutes for the Uber to arrive. When the Uber came they deliver the wrong food so I called Roti Paradise To let them know what happened they said it wasn’t their fault which I understand so moments later I call To reorder the food the girl Who answered the phone said she would put the order back through for me NO CHARGE so I went to pick up the food when I got there that same girl that answered the phone said I have to pay for the food so in other words I am paying for the food twice and only getting it once . She called her manager to ask what to do and the manager is screaming on the phone that it is not their fault That customer has the repay...
Been going here for years. In fact, since they first open l started going to this restaurant. They never fail to disappoint. But as of late, they've increased their prices and they've also cut back on portion size which l am somewhat disappointed with. So now l will have to ease my ordering from both online and visiting the store.

no good first time. ordered curry, roti and huh fried rice curry was watery and had no taste. huh was buzzing and fried rice seemed stale. I'm sorry I had to give it back and eat my money back. I'm not gonna eat here again. a lot of luck with her business.
