I fought for this outback for my dad's birthday. everything was great. we had plans to go to texas roadhouse that did not allow any reservations and when we are there they refused to serve us because we were a party of ten, apparently that is their weekend policy. I called outback and they were great! the hostess knew they had another big party at the time we wanted, but the time took to talk to the manager to see if they could take us instead of just turning us away. they said we might have to wait a bit if we were to sit on a table, but they caught us on a table. our waitress was very nice. they brought my father dessert and after we had sung happy birthday, the busser sang behind us the s...
We had a fantastic experience at this chain restaurant! We ordered the wobble, ribs, and two porterhouses. The blueberry lavender drink they serve is amazing - sweet and beautiful. The wobble and ribs were delicious, with plenty of sauce on the ribs. The porterhouses were cooked perfectly to medium rare. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were excellent. The bill came out to around fifty dollars, which is reasonable for the quality of food and service. Our server, Neil, was attentive and friendly throughout our meal.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant on 6/26/22 with the manager, Dre. There was a small mistake with my order from the previous night, but Dre personally took care of it before we picked it up. He handled everything excellently and made sure we were well taken care of. I used to own a restaurant myself, and if I had to hire a manager, Dre would be my guy. Thank you for everything. The food was delicious as always, especially the seared tuna appetizer.
I had an unpleasant experience over 15 years ago and hadn't eaten at an Outback restaurant since that time. My recent visit was very good! Our server was helpful, very attentive and funny. She was working on Mother's Day despite the fact that she was a mother herself... The food was well prepared, had great flavor, and the cocktails were tasty too?
