My partner and I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant today. We usually don't prefer chain restaurants, but the exceptional service, friendly atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks made us forget about that. Our waiter, Chan, went above and beyond in every aspect. He kept our drinks filled, brought more bread, made us laugh, and made us feel extremely welcome - he was truly a gem. Both my partner and I have experience as servers, so we understand how stressful it can be. Chan made us feel like honored guests in his own home with the way he took care of us. The blooming onion was delicious as always, the duck was amazing, and the bartender even created a custom alcohol-free drink...
My husband and I went for lunch at this restaurant and were impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff who were in a good mood. Our server, Pedro, was fantastic and made several trips to our table to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The manager, Cassidy, also came by with a big smile and ensured that we were enjoying our meal. This will definitely be our new favorite place, with fantastic drinks, perfectly cooked steaks, and friendly staff.
I take my brother here about once a month and he loves it! My brother is on the autism spectrum and the staff are great with him .. a big shoutout to our waiter Chen. He was extremely kind and outgoing towards not only my family but my brother as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! Plus we got are food in under 25 mins of just arriving.
The service we received was outstanding! The restaurant was busy, but our waitress was exceptional. My steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare (which can be challenging to achieve), and my loaded potato was delicious. My husband's ribs were tender and flavorful too. We were so pleased with our dining experience!
