The service here was slow. Really slow. Like even after we got boxes for our leftovers we still had to wait 15 minutes for our check, then the check was incorrect. The food was fine. Our server was polite, but spoke so quietly we couldn't hear him. The restaurant looks great, the food was what you'd expect from Outback. I hope they get their service issues worked out.
Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Outback and I have to say, the service was exceptional. From the moment we entered, our server, Nick, made us feel incredibly welcome. His warm attitude and attentive service made the entire dining experience truly unforgettable.
The food here is always an enjoyable experience. I really recommend the Filet Mignon, and the toowoomba salmon. The service was great as the waiters provide all that is needed. Great atmosphere as well.
