I visited Outback Steakhouse for the first time in two years with friends, expecting the same great quality as before—it's one of my favorite restaurants. I didn’t order delivery this time because they often forget items. They've eliminated physical menus, so be sure to bring a smartphone to view it, though that wasn’t the main issue.
The appetizers—cheese fries and a blooming onion—were probably the best part of the meal. However, the plates for the bread appetizers were dirty, with fingerprints on the top plate and stains on the other two. The bread itself was quite dry. Yesterday my husband took me and our 4 kids, all ages 5 and under here to eat. We were greeted by the hostess, a young gentleman who was very polite and led us to our table. Shortly after being seated, our server Tia came over and introduced herself and we ordered our drinks. Tia was professional and very attentive. The food was wonderful but the dessert was my favorite, it was the salted caramel cookie with ice cream (Idk if that's the actual name of it). The food was decent, but the potato soup was absolutely fantastic! Overall, I had a pleasant evening celebrating my friend's birthday. However, the security guard was quite rude and hurried my friends and me out, even though we had just received our checks for a party of 11. He also told us not to tip the waiter so we could leave more quickly. While it did take some time to serve all of us at night, there's no need for a bad attitude or to withhold tips from our server—she truly earned them.

My family was seated right away. The waitress was very friendly, and the food was both tasty and served promptly. The only downside was that the Pina Colada was a bit too strong for my taste.
