I initially had a negative experience at the restaurant, leading me to not finish my meal and leave a one-star review. However, one of the owners of the establishment personally reached out to apologize for my experience and invited me to return. They provided me with gift cards as a gesture of goodwill towards their restaurant, products, and staff for my next visit. It's rare to find such excellent customer service and dedication to the quality of their food, but this specific Outback location has managed to restore it. My friend and I had eaten at this location over a year ago and the service was horrible. The manager was rude. We didn’t intend to return. We received a gift card this past Christmas so we decided to use it. On 06/05/2022 we went to try it again and so glad we did. The place looked great and our server/ waiter was “Sage”. He was attentive, very precessional and went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. This experience was definitely 5 star!!! Sage was just outstanding!!!!!!!! We will be back and request to be seated in his area.
We went out for my sister's last birthday. We sat at a perfect location, from our great hostesses. Our server was exceptional, so a justified scream after Sage. He leaned to the bar and our table never lacked a beat. I love the berries he brought me. Thank you for your hard work, we come back and eat again soon. Keep the wonderful work! Let me also add, Spirit Flowers Ranch, it is by far my favorite!
Excellent service as always. For the first time at Wilmington Outback. My waitress was Pamela who went beyond and beyond (without being asked something special) to make my experience extra nice.
