Outback Steakhouse Alpharetta

Terrible service our food took forever to order and even longer to receive the waitress is very nice when she told us that the manager will come out and speak to us never did until I stood up and made eye contact with her she said she will comp our meal because it took so long and yet when the check came our bill was complete nothing was comped paid full for food that Came out late.It used to be better service it is gotten crappy would never recommend this crappy outback don't eat there save yourself the headache. Wouldn't give it a half a star wouldn't give it a quarter of a starBut it will not let me post unless I gave it one star understand that I wouldn't even give it that

Really? No wifi? As you can see by the pics I'm usually the Duke here but this location has just plummeted and deserves the group 2 1/2 stars it's averaging sadly. Our last two consecutive trips have had meal preparation issues; steaks both times and poorly cooked wings in one of the visits. No reason for undercooking anything when there are literally 23 ppl in the entire restaurant. I have to say this is it for us. Immediately next door is the new Food Terminal...which is off to a great start and much better food and service.

We always go here as a great meal Of steak or lobster tails with baked potatoes and a mini loaf of pumpernickel and a nice salad. We like the Sangria that available with our meal. We try to go early and often sit in the Bar areas.

I walked in at 12:30 pm. the whole place was deserted. Not one person was there. I looked in the kitchen and there was a girl on her cell phone not acknowledging me. I waited 10 mins and finally disgusted I walked out.

RUN The wings is rotten. Threw the food away. The potato baked was one big hulk of a potato.
