I placed an order through Uber Eats and then called the restaurant to add an item. The food arrived quickly and was hot, but unfortunately, my requested addition wasn't included. Someone from the restaurant later delivered it, but by that point, the steak had cooled down. I contacted the manager, and they assured me that they would resolve the issue by offering a credit for another meal. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome.
I don't think the sever was aware of add-on to your meal. I had to order several appetizers to add to my meal instead of adding shrimp to my meal. I spent well over 180.00 for four adults. The sever insisted that Outback doesn't do add-on no more. I told her that's not true because we just came from NC, and they did add-on with no problems. Outback need to make sure every restaurant is aligned across the board.
I was extremely pleased with my order! Their signature wings are always a winner. I definitely want to try some of their desserts next time. I also really enjoyed the sweet potato; it added a nice touch to my meal, haha. I appreciate it even more when my order is exactly how I wanted it—it's the little things that matter the most sometimes.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and welcoming, including the hostess, host, waitress, and bussers. The food was served hot and was delicious. We experienced the best service from a restaurant team that we've had in a long time.
I did take out and everything was well prepared. They made sure they left nothing out, even the bread was still warm and my food was delicious . I had the full slab rib dinner. Customer service was a 10.
Ordered food for my birthday and it was good and well prepared. However, my mom said she was missing broccoli out of her meal. Other than that good service and food.
