I just wanted to come and share my experience at Outback Steakhouse in Owings Mills. Our waitress Avery was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and personable; an all around great server to say the least! She made our evening memorable so much so we returned the evening after. While she didn’t serve us. She greeted my table with the same pleasant smile, warmth and comfort as the night before. My fiancé and I gave her high praise in person, but it’s only right to let everyone else know so that you and your friends and family can enjoy the experience that we have.
Wow, what an exceptional dining experience! Our food server, Avery, went above and beyond to ensure our meal was outstanding. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and prompt service made our visit truly enjoyable. Avery expertly recommended dishes and recommended modifications based upon our preferences.Her professionalism and warmth made us feel valued and left a lasting impression. We can't wait to return and ask for Avery again! 5 stars isn't enough they deserve a gold star! ?
We had a fantastic server named Dani! Despite the restaurant being busy on Mother's Day, she was attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped up. She even went above and beyond by providing sauce for our Bloomin Onion to-go. We highly recommend asking for Dani during your visit - we certainly will next time!
Don't eat here!!! The food is horrible and I saw 3 different mice within 2 hours of being at this establishment. the management is very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. I talked to Gina and she was very rude and just seemed like she didn't care about my food being cold and undercooked.

We had an excellent experience on this visit. Food was prompt. Service efficient. Steaks came out perfectly. Although our baked sweet potato was cooked properly, other sides were edible but mostly uninspired and 'meh '. We didn 't have apps, drinks, or dessert.
Had a wonderful evening here for a dinner out. Food is as promised on the menu. The real star of our evening though was our waiter, Koda. Friendly, polite and prompt. He made us feel like we were a VIP table on a very busy night. Thank you!
