My mom and I are regulars who get the same thing every time and have never had a complaint. Not to be dramatic, last night was our best experience at the oven that we have ever had. Every time we go it’s usually plateaued at amazing, but last night stood out compared to all the times we have ever been and was clearly the best. It was like eating at the oven for my first time all over again and I re-fell in love with my favorite restaurant. Not only that, but we requested to sit in the lounge and ended up being the only ones down there. It was like private dining and it was nice to have the place to ourselves on a busy holiday! Came here for lunch after getting caught in the rain on the bike ride back to the hotel on an already chilly day. My boyfriend had left his phone on the rented bike and ran out to get it. He ran out in the rain to retrieve it and texted me “aloo. got t.”, so I ordered aloo gobi. He actually was trying to type “all good, got it” but it turned out we made the right choice! The aloo gobi and mulligatawny soup were amazing and wonderfully warming. The lunch deal of curry with rice and soup was about $12 for a good amount of food. I got an extra soup and some roti and it was plenty of food for two.
I was not expecting to find much in the area, let alone good vegan food options out. Went here for dinner and it was amazing. Truly think they could rival the ATL Indian scene. Will be going again next time I am forced into town. Great taste, great service, good portions. Just go.

What a fantastic place. Really wonderful food. The wines by the glass pour sizes are small overpriced, however. 3oz 5oz pours are small amounts for the exorbitant prices they were charging for individual glasses.
Hands down the best Indian restaurant that I’ve been to. It’s a must every time I visit Lincoln. Love the spinach bread, samosas, soup, malai kofta, madras, tikka kadai to name a few.
I would give 5 stars if I could! We had the vegetable curry and the aloo gobi. Both were delicious and came with soup or salad and rice. Updated from previous review on 2021-06-23
Food was great. A bit understaffed so had to wait for cocktails quite a while, but we were in now hurry. Our server did a wonderful job
