Trying something different here at Redcliffe. Noticed this quaint cafe when do my grocery shopping and was impressed with the layout and displayed menu.I arrived not long after opening at 7am. Only a few were seated, some indoors and others outside under cover.The coffee was nice and the meal even better. It was well presented making it even nicer. Only disappointment I was not asked if I wanted any sauces.Staff are very pleasant and we're training some juniors. Well done.Will visit again in the near future.
I have been going to the "Over There Cafe" off and on for approx. 10 months since moving to the Redcliffe area. I love going there for breakfast. They have a great range of food on their menu. They also do morning teas and lunches. Not only is the food excellent but their staff are so obliging and will attempt to cater for your needs as best they can. The service is excellent and you never have to wait too long for your coffee or food. Highly recommend you try the "Over There Cafe".
My wife and I had some shopping to do and as it was around 10:30am we also felt like a coffee so called at Over There Cafe before we did our shopping.The two ladies who took our order or served our meals were very friendly and offered advice as to their Tuesday Specials. We both decided on the scones with jam & cream and we weren't disappointed. We have had lunch here previously (a few months ago) but hadn't had smoko. Well worth the effort.
I have now been to this café several times. On every occasion the food has been an excellent café style. The service is good and on a hot day the cooling sea breezes offer a refuge from the heat and humidity. They have what I consider the best nachos in Brisbane.
