I’ve been to many of restaurants in my life but this restaurant won my heart by a landslide. Greeted by the lovely Rachel who warmed us up. Michael our host was OUTSTANDING!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME???? When I say Michael went above and beyond his job and really made me and my husband feel like family. I love it!!!! Peter the chef was fabulous very accommodating and the dishes were AMAZING!!! Everyone were super friendly. The restaurant was very classy yet comfortable. Definitely will be returning. The services were phenomenal, the food was magnificent
A throwback from a bygone era, Oysters is reminiscent of a 30s dinner lounge in an unlikely spot tucked into the Best Western in Willes Barre. Michael, our server, is a pro who'd easily outdo Smith Wollenskys finest. His recommendations for appetizers and mains were spot on, and the filet mignon and poached butter lobster was just divine. Leslie, his understudy was equally adept and very pleasant. Dessert was handpicked this morning and was quite the treat, as was the entire experience. Just perfect!
A step back into the past for old time restaurants. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby music; old time decorations, wonderful drinks and steaks, and our service was impeccable. Michael was one fabulous waiter- very helpful, attentive, and pleasant.
Very disappointed with service and atmosphere. Only one waiter who was taking forever just to take our drink order. We decided to leave before ordering. So sad to see the state of this restaurant.

The lunch buffet at Oyster is a fantastic dealThe buffet rotates daily and the food can range from roast beef in port wine sauce to mustard pork.

Michael is the heart and soul of Oyster. He is the reason we go there. Great food, great service and a great person.
