Very disappointing experience – not recommended! The service at this restaurant was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. The order was taken in the most unprofessional manner and the staff seemed to have little interest in the guests' welfare. The food itself was a big disappointment: cold, partly burnt and lacking in taste. What was particularly annoying was that even the smallest extras, such as an extra piece of bread or a small packet of ketchup, required outrageous additional costs. The way these fees were communicated was also extremely rude. Overall a very negative experience definitely not recommended!
Bad experience – not recommended Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The service was unfriendly and not very customer oriented. Taking the order seemed chaotic and you had the feeling that you weren't really welcome. The food also left a lot to be desired it was served cold and was partially burnt. What was particularly irritating was the fact that even small extras such as a little ketchup or additional bread were billed separately and in an unpleasant manner. Overall a disappointing experience. I will not recommend this restaurant.
because of a customer visit, we had met in the oz urfa in advance to eat a pettyness. the local we used from 12 o'clock from the surrounding companies as kantine seemingly, so you should order there before. the lunch card is varied but you must like the Turkish kitchen. a little bit is, however, that smells the clothes by the rainy to eat and this disturbs.
The Turkish pizza (natural) was okay, but the Turkish pizza with meat was actually terrible... Dürüm Kebap and Dürüm Chicken unfortunately didn't convince us either. Unfortunately, onions are very bitter. All in all, pretty flavorless. Staff don't know their own prices either, very annoying during the payment process. In fact, my husband is still hungry.

great eating with Turkish flavors. our children and my father were enthusiastic and we went home very happy after an hour at dinner. again and again ☺ note: unfortunately no card payment possible! price per person (adult) with drinks about 20eur

very good eating but the portions I find a little small. very nicely furnished and friendly service.
