I didn 't review the last 2 times because I thought it was just those times or that particular chef, but after getting the same results 3 consecutive times I feel it 's now a pattern and deserving of this feedback.Your rolls have TOO MUCH RICE. Sushi is all about a balance of flavors, which is why it 's supposed to be bite-sized because it gives off the impression of flavor-explosion with different textures and flavors when you bite into it. Ozen is an all you can eat sushi restaurant, with a 90 minute limit. The price is $40 per person, so you can opt to order al la cart instead if you only want to order a handful of things. This place never disappoints with the vast selection of items on their menu. The restaurant is not that big, so there will definitely be a wait on the weekends. I ordered it over the phone and picked it up at the store, but the clerk responded kindly. It was my first time eating ozen sushi so I was kind of worried, but I was so satisfied with all of the menus! It was so delicious. The sashimi on the roll was fresh and didn't smell fishy at all, and the combination of ingredients in the roll was so good. Especially, the Alaskan roll, which is the california roll with backed salmon, was my favorite!! It was really delicious. The combination of the slightly sweet sauce and salmon was sooo gooodddd!
I really enjoy dining at Ozen Sushi, but I've observed some recent changes. The menu has become less varied, and prices have gone up. I hope Ozen Sushi brings back their usual menu and maintains the high food quality soon. Additionally, it would be great if the wait times for food could be shorter.

The food was delicious, even though the waitstaff appeared somewhat distracted by their phones. Still, the meal was genuinely enjoyable.
Sushi is definitely fresh here. The service was great and the all you can eat option is somewhat pricey but definitely worth it!
